I applied online. I interviewed at Charles River Laboratories (Mattawan, MI) in Sep 2020
Interview
Applied online, contacted by a recruiter a week later, set up phone conversation to discuss company, role, etc. After this step, recruiter moved forward with me and passed along my information to a few labs, labs set up interviews and from there, I received a few offers. The entire process took around 3 weeks.
Overall process was good; information given about the industry, benefits, opportunities for growth. Questions asked by interview about thoughts on industry, current skills, where you potentially see yourself going within the company
A little intense, you are expected to know a bit about them. Overall the interview wasn’t bad and gave me a little bit of knowledge on what to expect if I were hired.
Easy, there was a tour and then we just talked about the job. barely any questions and definitely no traditional interview questions. It was much better than any other interview I have done.
