Interview
I first had a phone screening which lastest 30 minutes, and it consisted mostly of behavioral questions (STAR format) and along with more information about the job and any questions if I had them. At the end of the phone screening I was immediately given an interview onsite at their main office.
Once there I had been given a quick tour of where I would potentially be working and some surrounding departments, a slide show presentation giving us more information, and then the hiring manager came and got me for my interview. It lasted around an hour and was super professional and easy going. I felt at ease and was honestly one of the best interview experiences I ever had.
The last step is a background check and a drug screening.

The interview process consisted of an initial phone screening, a second phone interview, and then a Zoom interview. I completed my entire process within two weeks so it was very streamlined and expectations were clear.

Interview
I had three interviews, the last one with the hiring manager of the department I applied to. All three of the interviews were fabulous. Every person I spoke with was very kind. The last one takes about an hour. When selected for an interview with a hiring manager, you will receive an email with a lot of information about the position including videos. Watch them, read everything you receive. Look over the job description and prepare questions if you have any. If you're prepared, you will be ok.
