Talent Agent reached out. Did phone interview for about an hour and then was invited to in-person interview. In-person interview was with 2 managers and it took about 15-20 minutes.
It began with a phone screen and after deciding to move forward it progressed to a 3 hour interview process where we ghosted, interviewed with upper management and went through a walkthrough of the building. Overall pretty simple interview remember STAR method.
It was a good experience. The questions were fair and easy to understand. The process was enjoyable and non-threatening. The interviewer was very easy going and was interested in my career goals.
