Had a good initial phone call with the recruiter and one follow up interview with a two managers on-site before receiving an offer, then a basic drug screen taken off-site

Interview
Very easy, feels like they would hire anyone. Went in ready for technical questions but was met by purely behavioral. Ended up getting the offer and taking it but left the firm not long afterwards.
