I applied online and was later emailed about having a "pre recorded video interview". Pre recorded video interviews are very uncomfortable for someone who wants to meet with their interviewer face to face. After I did the prerecorded interview you are basically just kept in the system.
Well it was very casual. Asked for basic information on past experience and education. Asked if I was comfortable handing money and interacting with customers. Very easy and similar to what you would expect from a retail position
Interview was quick. Interviewed with HR and then the branch the branch manager. Interview questions were STAR method questions and asked about past customer service experience. They take you around and introduce you to others at the branch

It’s basically the STAR method questions. Questions based on customer service and sales
not bad at all, quite lengthy the human recourse lady was helpful and I got to ask a lot of questions. they would ask you about your last job expereince and also expectations
