2 month of interviews and filling application and then they informed me that I was accepted , but after 4 months they told me sorry we hired some body else for the position .

What will you do if your computer shutdown suddenly and you have customers?
Pretty easy interview. Just prepare to answer your sales experience, preferably in branch banking. Also be good at charming and making a connection with the interviewers since it is a sales job.

Three interviews: phone, in person with branch manager, final phone call with regional manager/market director. Questions mostly behavioral and related to experience as a teller, and whether I was comfortable with warm calling.

The interview process was very good and asks a lot of questions about sales experience or banking experience. If you’re licensed that is a plus. Recruiter called, then met with hiring manager and another branch manager. Total process took about 3-4 weeks
