I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Chase (Miami, FL) in Feb 2012
Interview
One online assessment exam that you must passed. One interview with a district manager. Then the interview with the branch manager. Be yourself during the interview. Don't be late because managers will not sit with you. The branch manager is in charge of hiring you. He/she is the person you want to impress because you will be working with them closely. Dress professional, well groomed, and smile.

Question 1
Managers read the questions from a uniformed list, e.g. Tell me a little about yourself? What do you know about our company? Do you know what the position is about? What motivates you? Who inspires you or role model?
Pretty easy interview. Just prepare to answer your sales experience, preferably in branch banking. Also be good at charming and making a connection with the interviewers since it is a sales job.
I applied online. I interviewed at Chase (San Diego, CA) in Feb 2026
Interview
Three interviews: phone, in person with branch manager, final phone call with regional manager/market director. Questions mostly behavioral and related to experience as a teller, and whether I was comfortable with warm calling.

Question 1
What were you most proud of in your professional and or personal life?
The interview process was very good and asks a lot of questions about sales experience or banking experience. If you’re licensed that is a plus. Recruiter called, then met with hiring manager and another branch manager. Total process took about 3-4 weeks
