Interview
Several interviews (I actually applied for the position in 2012 not 2013) was about a 3 or 4 step process. I interviewed with one of the branch managers at a different location. I had a phone interview and lastly I interview with the regional manager.
The branch manager was super friendly and easy to talk to. The only downside was that the interview started almost 30 minutes late even though I was on time. I had scheduled it during my lunch break at work, so the delay made things feel a bit rushed.
It was good and very very interesting. Need more clarity on the process and expectations. Will not interview again. Good role not a good fit for me personally. Process was little confusing and communication
Had a phone interview. A couple days later was called and asked to interview in person at one of their locations by a branch director. Those were the only two interviews I had.
