Interview
Even if you want to transfer internally, you have to interview with the branch manager of the location you want to be at. The recruiters first puts you in touch with the hiring manager. That might be a market director who has several branches under him and then decides to place you in a particular branch. If that branch manager likes you then you are officialy hired.
