Interview
Was interviewed at the branch by two managers. basic requirements of the position and what it in tells. Straight forward and nothing new in terms of material presented if you have the experience in that field. Knew where I came from and based many questions off that.

Question 1
What was a time you had a disgruntled customer, what did you do, and what was the results
The branch manager was super friendly and easy to talk to. The only downside was that the interview started almost 30 minutes late even though I was on time. I had scheduled it during my lunch break at work, so the delay made things feel a bit rushed.
It was good and very very interesting. Need more clarity on the process and expectations. Will not interview again. Good role not a good fit for me personally. Process was little confusing and communication
Had a phone interview. A couple days later was called and asked to interview in person at one of their locations by a branch director. Those were the only two interviews I had.
