I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Chase (New York, NY) in Apr 2019
Interview
The interview process was not too difficult. You may be asked to go to a branch or office headquarters to interview with 2 or more current managers. They were very nice and are mainly looking for people with a positive attitude towards customer service rather than specific technical skills. They explain that those skills can be learned in training, they are looking for good character and integrity.

Question 1
They will ask a number of common interview questions. They may also have you do a role play where you are acting as if you are a teller interacting with a customers who has a specific banking need. This banking need may change from one interview to the next, but mine was a role play about a customer asking for assistance with a lost debit card and and how I would respond to the situation.
Well it was very casual. Asked for basic information on past experience and education. Asked if I was comfortable handing money and interacting with customers. Very easy and similar to what you would expect from a retail position
Interview was quick. Interviewed with HR and then the branch the branch manager. Interview questions were STAR method questions and asked about past customer service experience. They take you around and introduce you to others at the branch
