I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Chase (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2019
Interview
Met with branch manager. He discussed the job and was very detail oriented which was really nice. We also discussed training (licensing), compensation and how employees are evaluated. Gave me insight into what day to day would be like at that specific office.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What type of leader would you be?
What type of teammate would you be?
The branch manager was super friendly and easy to talk to. The only downside was that the interview started almost 30 minutes late even though I was on time. I had scheduled it during my lunch break at work, so the delay made things feel a bit rushed.
It was good and very very interesting. Need more clarity on the process and expectations. Will not interview again. Good role not a good fit for me personally. Process was little confusing and communication
Had a phone interview. A couple days later was called and asked to interview in person at one of their locations by a branch director. Those were the only two interviews I had.

Question 1
They asked me to "role play" a situation where I forgot to give the customer back an important document.
