Got Hired as a contractor in 2007 and after getting my Green card got an offer to join as Full time employee so it wasn't very difficult as such. Had 3 interviews 1 with manager and 2 more with colleagues in the group.

Interview
Interview canceled day before scheduled. Hiring manager decided not to fill role. Process to get to interview stage was convoluted, and last minute cancellation was disrespectful of the candidate’s time.
Slow and somewhat disorganized. Most people were friendly. In general not prepared though. It was overall a fine experience. I did not recieve an offer. This company seems like it would be a good spot to work.
