Interview
Recruited via Linkedin. I had a phone conversation with one Branch Manager and then interviewed in person with the actual Branch Manager that had the opening. I was extremely pleased with the interview process and their professional and honestly. I turned down the first offer and counter offer. The counter offer was solid, but unfortunately I was losing too much from my current employer if I left. I would of loved to taken the position. Hopefully, its still available in a few months from now after my payout.
