It is very lengthy but worth it. They invest in their prospective employees. The application is detailed and there may be a math quiz before even speaking with someone. Once you are interviewed they may have you interview with the branch you may be assisted too. After being hired, there is a 3 month period in which you are tested and taught how to perform.
The branch manager was super friendly and easy to talk to. The only downside was that the interview started almost 30 minutes late even though I was on time. I had scheduled it during my lunch break at work, so the delay made things feel a bit rushed.
It was good and very very interesting. Need more clarity on the process and expectations. Will not interview again. Good role not a good fit for me personally. Process was little confusing and communication
Had a phone interview. A couple days later was called and asked to interview in person at one of their locations by a branch director. Those were the only two interviews I had.
