Referred by employee. HR representative was initially quick to engage but soon turned unresponsive and disorganized. Following screening call, setup interview with hiring manager. Joined interview Zoom on time; hiring manager was 10-15 minutes late, was clearly not engaged (was walking through his house as we started) and hadn't even reviewed my profile or resume prior to call. By the time he'd finished some small talk and a quick overview of the company, there was 5 minutes left for me to speak, and he cut me off before I was able to address his first, two-part question. I followed up with recruiter and let her know I wasn't impressed with the way the interview was conducted, which is unfortunate given the initial referral.
