I have never experienced this level of racism and unprofessionalism like this before in an interview! It was just like a scene from Borat. After a phone screen, I was asked to prepare a project to present. I spent a couple of days and used some top-level consulting templates. A week later I had a skype call with 9 people from China and an American. No one thanked me for the project. No one asked me about my professional experience and I spent 50 minutes only hearing blatant racism and how great Chinese people are from a group of people who can barely speak and understand English.

there is two to three rounds interview, I had an interview with the department manager and human resource staff, they will ask about your professional skills and see if you match the team spirit. they are very nice.
