You are first contacted by a recruiter to do a phone screen. If you advance past this round, you do a panel interview which may include members of the team you'll work on, or other department members, and members of the Operations team for your department. Beyond this, you do an interview with the SVP (senior vice president) of the region/department. If you make it to the SVP interview stage, you are very likely to be offered the job. All in all the process can take a few weeks from the time you are first contacted for an interview, or a little over a month from the time you first apply, to receive a job offer. Despite being a large company, they are often trying to fill positions fast so if you are able to start soon after receiving an offer, they can probably get you going in a couple of weeks or less.
