Chemonics International Project Support Coordinator interview questions

1st interview step. 30 minute phone call screening with 2 employees. Began with normal Yes/No HR-related questions and was then asked about the role and what drew me to it, especially why this company. Asking questions at the end seemed very important to the interviewers.
