the interview process took about three months with a written test and a lengthy interview, I was interviewed by three individuals ( Human resources director, Senior advisor, and a senior translation officer), prior to that I did get numerous phone calls and questions were asked.
they did a very thorough background check and asked for verification of all the transcripts and previous salaries
