Phone interview, asked about manufacturing experience and knew very little about the actual position. My resume clearly shows no manufacturing experience is present so seemed like a waste of everyone’s time.
I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Chemours in Apr 2018
Interview
I applied online and got an email within a week asking to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview went well and was told that I would hear back within two weeks to see if I would move on in the process. I got no feedback for the next four months. I called the career center and asked if anyone knew anything and was told that they would reach out to the manager and my recruiter and have them get back to me. I was given that answer 20+ times over 5 months. I called today and was told that the position was no longer available. Not that it was filled, but they just stopped looking for people. Overall, HR was very unresponsive and seemed to go out of their way to keep people from knowing anything. From other reviews posted on here, it seems like my experience was normal, which is sad. I hope they don't interview people for jobs they don't have often.
