Interview
The interview was a very simple process. They asked sales related questions based on my work history that were relatable to the position at hand, both the recruiter and the hiring manager were clear about the position and the expectations of a new hire.
Pretty Easy. A couple of zoom calls with trainers and management. Drug screening and background check. The overall process took about two or three weeks and HR reached out with a welcome packet

Disorganized from the get go. They weren’t ready for me. Seemed like they didn’t schedule it correctly as the direct manager I would be reporting to left 20 minutes into the interview. They asked general STAR behavioral questions. But didn’t ask anything directly related to my background or resume that actually related to the job I would be doing. Never followed up after the interview.
