They use a strict STAR interview format (situation, task, action and result) for physicians as well. Sample questions: Tell me about a time when you managed a patient's chronic health condition and kept them out of the hospital. Tell me about a time when you managed a patient's diabetes, what medications and what was the result. The interview process did take about 4 hours total with multiple rounds, some virtual. Everybody was very kind and open, but certainly motivated to stick to the structured STAR format for the most part.

The phone interview was first, followed by in person interview. In person interview includes a tour of the office. Everyone is professional and nice, and the interview process was streamlined and quick to respond.
