it's average, first they give reasoning test that need to clear. most of questions are non related to creative field or can say for 3d artist . but still you have to attempt without that they not process further

They can hire you very easily without clearing exams. But I Recommend you to don"t go there its a horrible place to work with the most poor management panel. think before joining there hidden policy and poor management, hire and fire.
