If you want to waist months of your time, apply. Bad communications, changing job descriptions mid interview process. Lack of follow through. Employee ratings of the company are horrible. I no longer believed in the company so withdrew. The interviewers only want a specific answer so if you see other ways of improving their product, they don't want to hear it.
Recruiter call then 1 round with hiring manager and an onsite of 4 back to back interviews. All behavioral questions, quite similar to Amazon but less challenging behavioral. Follow the JD to anticipate some in advance
I interviewed with Chewy and my first round was with a Director which was amazing, then the next round was with Hiring Manager and I was told that I will be asked a question related to real world Chewy problem, however, the HM asked me a Case study which was a Google search Apple iPhone case study. I answered but took a long time to come up with a strategy as I was stunned and obviously lost that gig. Also, the HM was first talking on a speaker of the laptop somewhere in office where 10s of other people were talking on phone and I could hear everyone. I had to tell her to move in between the interview. Really? this is basic and I was not very sure of the team after.
