Informal relaxed and friendly environment.
Started with an email from the company recruiter which led to a few questions. A tour was set up at the local facility to get an overview of the operation. The interview consisted of a series of questions with 2 different groups from the leadership team.
It was a very laid back environment. I was wearing kaki's and a button down shirt with no tie and I was over dressed.
