After an initial phone interview with the recruiter, I had another call with the VP of Brand Marketing. In both calls we discussed my experience, what the position would entail, the company's history and goals and my interest level in the position. An in-person interview was the next step. At this interview I met with the the VP of Brand Marketing and two team members. I really appreciated the fact that my future team was included in the interview process, their personalities contributed to my later acceptance of the position. After the in-person meeting I had a follow up call with the the VP of Brand Marketing and had a final call with the Chief People Officer before an offer was made.
