Numerous phone interviews with site managers and VP's with positive feedback . Recruiter told me I made it to final interview stage and that he would reach out to schedule an in person interview. After 4-5 months into the process I find out that one VP felt I was not qualified to fill the position and ended the process out of nowhere before the final interview. It took 4-5 months of interviewing to find out I'm not qualified? In my opinion - this company was very unprofessional and wasted a lot time.
