Talent acquisition sets up interview, you have one shot. I was sat down with a woman who does not know how to interview AT ALL. I was told that I should dress casually, the Talent acquisition agent told me to wear a collared shirt as a suit was not necessary. During the interview the woman did not give me 5 seconds to answer a single question. Instead she lectured me on what she was looking for for 45 straight minutes. Then she asked if I had any questions about the position, I asked her what her impression of me was as I have been given very little feed back in the past and I wanted to know why she would even schedule an interview is she didn't intend on spending the time. She was obviously frustrated with something else and took it out on me. her response to my question was appalling. She told me I was "stuck up" (verbatim) for wearing a collared shirt. I will never put any money into this business. If being semi-professional at an interview is too stuck up for this company, they will never go anywhere.
