Interview
You come in as a group watch a video as a group then they take you behind a curtain where everyone can hear everything for a interview. They promise and tell you one thing to get you to take the job but once you start it’s a different story and they do the opposite of what they said in the interview
Pretty streamlined, come in, do drug screening and once passed come in for orientation. Onboarding is simple, paperwork per usual. Background checks don't take long and the process went pretty smoothly overall.
They interview you to get the job. You wait for a mouth swab test then get your badge an safety vest and forklift and pick rate. 30 minute break for 10 hours of work
