The interview questions were rather vague and did not provide for the appropriate answers. Someone previously mentioned " I would take precaution when applying here and make sure they are TRULY VALIDATING your experience when considering you for the position.
Perhaps they will find someone more qualified- this is quite alright with me. But I feel that their vetting process is done with the old retail- style method which does NOT WORK in today's culture. But, what do I know- I'm one of the people that worked at changing that approach at every company I've worked at (apologies for the sarcasm). Future reference should anyone from HR read this, please have your corporate recruiters deliver on their commitments. You do not tell a candidate they will be moving to the next step and then fail to reply to a simple follow-up email a week later. However, the candidate receives an email a generic WEEK AFTER THAT being turned down. Not professional (in my opinion).
Either way, I will continue to be a customer but will caution anyone I know prior to even applying for this company- at ANY capacity, specially considering the other reviews.

The recruiter was extremely rude. She didn’t answer my questions I asked and was very dry. She explained compensation but nothing about the company, it’s standards what it’s like in the role. Completely turned me off.

The interviewer was very unprofessional during our video interview, she kept looking out her window the whole time that I was responding to her interview questions, and she was not engaging at all with me. She could of at least faked some kind of warm friendliness towards a candidate. I did not have a good candidate experience with her, nor did I even hear back from the company about the status of my candidacy, I had to chase it down to find out. I would not want to work here now after this experience, nor will I recommend to any of my network either. Their loss.

The recruiting process at Chewy takes a little longer than other companies, but it is worth the wait. My recruiter, Amy, was fantastic: very friendly, responsive, and stayed in constant communication with me throughout the entire process. She even took time to prepare me for the type of interview questions I would encounter, which is above and beyond the average experience with a corporate recruiter. I've been a recruiter myself for the past 15 years and I was very impressed with my experience and especially with Amy!
Everyone I interviewed with was friendly, gave valuable information about the company, and asked meaningful questions.

The final round of the interview process takes about 4+ hours is focused on behavioral interviewed questions to be answered using the STAR model. It is something you will want to take a little time to prepare for. My recommendation having gone through it is to ask the Interviewer for clarification if you do not understand their ask. I say this because some of the questions got a little lengthy so it's best to clarify what they are looking for if you're not sure. All the questions were focused on my past experience so it's not too difficult to have examples. Reviewing past data points is a good idea so you can incorporate them in your answers. Good luck! Everyone is really nice throughout the process.
