Spoke with HR. Then moved forward to have a phone call interview, not with the hiring manager, but with their subordinate. They were nice and personable. But the questions they asked were so specific, you'd think I'd needed to have walked out of a college class to answer them. The job description wasn't even as specific, so I quickly became uninterested in the position. Days later I got a phone call from HR that I was rejected, and said I wasn't detailed enough. Of course not, it was practically an exam with no study materials. Not the best experience, and didn't need a phone call for a rejection.

Tough process. Too many rounds. Pay was not reflective of level of effort for interviews. Some nice people, some couldn’t care less. Overall would not recommend interviewing and wasting time unless you are content with lay
