Started with a phone screen followed by two panel style interviews days. I meet with people from several departments. Everyone was very nice and provided feedback about there experience. Overall a great experience.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chewy (Dania Beach, FL) in Mar 2017
Interview
The Technical Recruiter I spoke with was very formal and straight forward. The problem was the process afterwards, if the responses from chewy go silent for about a week(and its not a holiday) they likely chose an internal candidate for the position you applied for. If your qualified for the role it doesn't really make a difference, it doesn't sound like some of the hiring managers or the recruiting team know what they are doing when bringing on quality talent IT wise because they don't know the salary market or the structure of either finding the right candidates for the role or building a good Infrastructure to sustain momentum on a company solely based on e-Commerce. Very lackluster if not MSP like if you ask me. Don't post a position if you have already promoted internal candidates who have filled up all the spots! Candidates have other interviews to adhere to from companies who are actually interested so stop wasting the time of valuable IT professionals.
