The interview process at Chewy was chaotic, disorganized, and almost far too informal. I had two excellent interviews with hiring mgr and a peer, and then I was told I would hear more about further rounds with potential business partners. I was sent a calendar invite to meet with the next interviewer and they just never showed up. Period - no explanation - nothing. I followed up with the recruiter who never got back to me either.
