Interview
-initial assessment of 20 minutes ML-related questions (passed)
-two screening - coding(python data manipulation) + ML/Statistics technical (passed)
- virtual onsite three sessions (behavioral on Chewy principles + a bit technical + SQL )
Overall the experiences with the interviews were good. However, it was very frustrating as the rounds were very disorganized and lack of communication between the interviewers and recruiters. They scheduled my onsite round after one screening. On the day of the final rounds (in the morning), the recruiter reached out saying they forgot to do the coding round and that they need to do that first and then after passing the coding round, they would do the onsite. Total waste of time. At first, they said they need someone with core ML/Statistics knowledge but after the technical screening, I was told that it was actually an optimization background team which wasn't mentioned anywhere in the job description. They said they are okay even if I do not know optimization and that is totally okay since it was a new grad role. After the virtual onsite, I wasn't given an offer stating that they need someone with an experience in the optimization domain. The recruiter referred me to a different team since my ML/Statistics were pretty solid.
The process includes the 5 rounds. The rounds followed by HR, then with ML engineer, then will have 4 more rounds with respective team members. The questions are on basic ML, Python and Sql.

Interview
The recruiter called me out of the blue without an email to ask for my availability. I should have taken this as a red flag. He set up a meeting with hiring manager which was okay (standard questions) but the rest of the interview process was a disaster. Next step after the hiring manager was supposed to be a coding screen (Python/SQL) and after this - virtual onsite. Instead, recruiter scheduled 4 one-hour meetings for Monday with less than 24 hour notice (literally scheduled everything on Sunday and I didn't get a link to join meetings until 1 hour before the first interview). No breaks between interviews. Most questions were repetitive and boiled down to "can you create linear regression models very quickly with constantly changing deadlines and requirements from the stakeholders". I would avoid this company if you can.

Interview
Very awkward experience, HR forget to call me and was not very professional. Once I scheduled time for 1st technical interview, did not hear back anything. But one day, he call me out of the blue and blame me for not putting enough time on the calendar and put a meeting the next day. Got rejected the very next day. Not a great experience, feel actually fortunate to not proceed beyond this point.
