Interview
Was contacted via LinkedIn. I've worked in industry for 5+ years and have a killer resume. Went through 2-3 rounds, including meeting with the managing team (literally) and then was asked to submit work samples on a current issue/branding need only to be ghosted. Creating work samples as part of an interview is not uncommon but, I can't help but to get the vibe they open up positions and interview to get ideas for an existing team w/ no real intention of hiring. Very suspicious and unsavory.

Interview
It was a basic interview with the recruiter than someone in the team.
I found the questions to be too interrogative even though I had provided diverse work samples. It almost seemed like they hadn’t looked at them. I don’t mind having interviews about my technical skills but those seem more suitable in the third interview.
