Recruiter was friendly and engaged. She asked me more relevant questions than I was asked in the actual interview with Directors. Those were really impersonal. It was clear they had not reviewed my resume beforehand. Zero feedback given, very transactional.

Met with recruiter via phone screen. Interviewed with HM via video call. HM gave a ton of info about the role, then did back and forth questions. Information given was pretty detailed.

They asked me to describe an accomplishment where the problem required bringing multiple teams/personnel together across adversarial lines.
Phone screen with recruiter, 45 minutes with hiring manager, 45 minutes with hiring manager's supervisor, panel of 4, 45 min cross functional interviews. Okay interviews, feedback was very poor and interviewers were stuck to a script and only wanted to hear what they were digging for instead of letting me (the candidate) give the answer I felt was best.

Tell me about a time you used data to convince leadership of a new strategic initiative.
In my interview, we agreed that I would be a match for a different role. From there, despite several follow-up emails, I was ghosted as expected. Interviewers, however were nice and explained the company and role very well.
