I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chewy (Boston, MA) in Aug 2024
Interview
The recruiter made the process really easy with full explanations of the values of Chewy, culture and what to expect for each of the rounds. It was held fully remote which I appreciated for finding time to meet with everyone. What I didn't love about the remote interview process was the fact that this was a hybrid job so it didn't allow for understanding the true office culture.

I applied online. I interviewed at Chewy in Mar 2026
Interview
Applied to the role (via LinkedIn) and was reached out to by Recruiting within a week, and the Recruiter was very knowledgable about the opportunity. Process would have been a HM Phone Interview followed up a panel of interviews with the team, overall taking 3-4wks. I did the Phone Interview with the HM, and the call was very conversational and flowed easily. They said i should hear about next steps within a few business days. However it's been 3wks since that interview, and despite MULTIPLE follow ups with the Recruiting team- I was ghosted. No call or email or even an automated response. And my application is still sitting wide open for the role right now. They really dropped the ball here on something that should be really simple.
First round interview. Thoughtful and kind interviewer who was enthusiastic about the company and their mission. Didn't advance but left with a positive impression of the group. I would consider applying to other roles here or recommending people to consider interviewing with them given their honest and transparent approach.
