I had a phone screen with the recruiter, who was verbally enthusiastic and thought I'd be a great fit. He assured me he'd set up next steps by EOD tomorrow because he wanted to move fast to get me in front of the team; I never heard from him again. 2 followups at t+7 and t+10, both unanswered, original listing taken down. Very poorly done. If the position is closed, if it's filled, if the next stage said no - at least tell your candidate, instead of dodging them like a coward.
