Chewy Operator interview questions

A staffing company sent in my resume for a direct hire position. Chewy.com hired me without even talking to me or giving me a drug test. The staffing company called me back in less then an hour and told me I was hired. Went to Orientation the next week and was still not given a drug test, but put into random pool. Filled out paper work and was told along with ten other people we would be on cherry pickers instead of sit-down forklifts. They do not understand the differences between equipment or simply lie to you.
