Interview
I contacted them via LinkedIn for an interview, which I got. She said the job would be taken down and reposted, which it was and reposted two other times. When I asked her what was going on with the position as I had 18 years experience (there were people on the marketing team with far less experience and it was a manager role, normally I’m at least at the director or vp level) and she seriously said my profile doesn’t match the job description. Not sure what they’re looking for but chewy isn’t the company they claim to be. Just because they have marketing gimmicks of sending out cards to customers who’s dogs passsed (I never got such a card when my dog Charlie passed) doesn’t mean they’re the best place to work. Word to hr- pick your best talent.
