I applied online. I interviewed at Chick-fil-A Restaurants (Mechanicsburg, PA) in Aug 2024
Interview
I had two interviews with two different Chick-fil-A's, and I will focus on the second one. There were a lot of personal questions, ones that were getting a feel for you as a person and not just seeing you as a gear in the machine. Questions like "What's the first thing you do when you get up in the morning?" (Answer, hygiene. That's not what I said at first, but the interviewer could tell from my appearance that that was already something important to me, with my professional outfit and makeup. So I passed that question haha.) Another one I remembered was something along the lines of "What makes you feel like you've had a good day?" So I said "Achieving my goals."
Side note, they notice things even when you're not sitting at the table with them.
Then they hired me right away! It was great. This was a while ago, so I don't remember everything, but those were some highlights.

Interview
It was super easy and only lasted about 15 to 29 minutes. Very straight forward questions and the interviewer was kind and polite. I would recommend applying here if you want a easy entry level service job.
