I applied in-person. I interviewed at Chick-fil-A Restaurants (North Richland Hills, TX) in Oct 2022
Interview
The interview process was professional, well-organized, and transparent. Each stage had a clear purpose, and communication throughout was timely. The conversations felt meaningful rather than repetitive, and I appreciated the opportunity to engage with multiple team members. Overall, it was a positive experience that reflected well on the organization.

Interview
Very brief; was asked 2-3 behavioral questions along with availability of my schedule. The interviewer sought mainly to gauge how I would respond in certain situations and the type of person I am.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to handle an emergency.
Absurdly long interview with lots of questions about experience, hypothetical scenarios, skills, very personal questions. Be aware of surprise onsite behavioral test designed only for people who already work here. You will be competing against people with ten years of experience at least as a menial food service worker for this 'entry' level job.

Interview
It was a very short interview. It was also easy they asked if I already had previous experience which I did I used to be a line cook for another fast food chain.
