Interview
Was interviewed by a manager because the HR representative was not there. Had me wait 15 mins because it was busy. Just had me talk about my future plans, how i work well in a team, why I want to work there and how i can keep up with rushes and pressure. Pretty straight forward, my advice would be to try to make a connection with whoever is interviewing you and really have an interesting conversation (for me it was about music) to show your personality and build a memorable impression.
The Chick-fil-A interview process felt welcoming and professional, focusing on teamwork, customer service, and personal values while allowing me to share my experiences and enthusiasm for serving others. It was a decent interview.
