Interview
It was smooth, and fast. They focused on my strengths and how I could be of value to the company. Just be honest, and kind. If you are a hard worker you are usually going to be hired.
It was very very easy going, just asked me about my work experience and availability and previous work experience and also what the job is like on a daily basis
During covid, so had a video call with a manager. Just asked simple behavioral questions such as experience with customers, how to handle stressful situations, and how to manage time wisely. Also asked what I did in my free time and why I wanted to work there.
