I was already employed as a sales associate therefore I only needed to submit my resume and interview with the store manager, which I already had a great working relationship with at Chico's. This company is easy to move to different positions. Can be a lot of work for very little compensation.

Easy, the store manager was very nice. It took about 30 minutes. The current ASM came in during the interview and knew me from my previous job at JoAnn's, which helped tremendously.
