First I was interview by the Assistant Store manager, informally. Then was asked to come back to meet the Store manager. I was told it was a part-time position . which I wanted. than I had to wait for the DM to come and interview me again.

The interview process included a phone interview and then an in person interview with the store manager. This process went smoothly, it took two months for her to finalize the process while allegedly waiting to speak with the district manager and set up an interview with her. Once that took place it took a few more weeks to be actually hired. Way too long a wait for a retail position.
