So, I live in NYC. And when a recruiter calls me from Fort Misery Florida for a job, I'm a bit skeptical. But they said they would pay what I was asking so I rolled with it. I went through several phone interviews, then they flew me down, did a city tour and everything. I acutally didn't mind the area. Did the in person interviews, and the whole process. NEVER HEARD BACK!! How weird is that? Obviously, I didn't get the job and I'm not heart broken about it. But not even a letter in the mail. I did call 2 weeks later to follow up and the recruiter told me they were still interviewing. But never heard back. Very strange that a company would pay that much to fly someone down like that and then not even send a letter saying thanks, but no thanks.

The interview process was fairly easy. After interviewing with the recruiter, I interviewed with 5 different people and it was very conversational. One of the interviewers a couple of the interviewers were higher level coworkers and the rest were managers.
