There was no response to applying on the companies on line system, so I went into the local store who were hiring. I filled in an application form and then invited for an interview. When I turned up to the stated local coffee shop they were holding group interviews.I hadn't been informed of this prior to the interview. It felt a weird situation.I arrived before my allotted time by about 5 minutes but they asked me to join the group that had already started, there were no introductions, so it took me a few minutes to realize who were part of the panel.
