I first did a phone interview and the recruiter seemed very excited about meeting with me (but they always do, right? That is how they are paid!) I was less enthused as I already had a good (at the time) job but was mainly curious about the possibility. I met the director of the department in the New York office, although she was from the Florida office and had flown in for these meetings. The office looked very nice but the interviewer seemed really rushed. I think she'd seen a lot of candidates that day. I wasn't really trying very hard as I already had a job, but it was pretty average.
